ISF College of Pharmacy & Research was established by Honorable Sh. Parveen Garg JI, Founder Secretary, ISF Educational Society, Moga. The society felt the need for sincere and honest efforts to cater and nourish the basic educational needs of the underprivileged youth belonging to remote areas of Punjab. The society established ISF College of Pharmacy in the year 1984 to impart education, research, innovation, training and entrepreneurship in pharmaceutical sciences.
